We would like to compare business with sports:
just imagine that all starters of a marathon stand expectantly at the starting line. But unfortunately someone forgot to draw the "blue line" for the direction on the asphalt. There is no finish line as well. So from the start on everyone is running without knowing anything about the right direction. It is all a bit confused.
As your consultant we want to prevent you from loosing direction by defining together with you where start and finish line should be and which streets would lead to the finish.
In times of globalisation it is of basic significance to constantly ask yourself if you are still on the right way. Nowadays you have to adjust to the changing national and international markets.
If you take it sportively: am I still right on this stony ground or is it better to take another street to reach the finish line?
